Qualifications
- BA (Hons) in Primary Teaching with Qualified Teacher Status
- MA in Educational Practice
- PGDip in Applied Linguistics and Communication
Charlotte is currently working towards an MEd in Professional Practice in Dyslexia and Literacy, which includes Level 7 postgraduate qualifications in Specialist Teaching of Literacy-Related Difficulties and Specialist Assessment of Literacy-Related Difficulties.

Charlotte brings a wealth of experience to her role, having spent over 10 years as a primary teacher and school leader in inner London primary schools. During this time, she cultivated a deep understanding of supporting diverse learners, including those with additional needs, in achieving success. Charlotte is experienced in delivering 1:1 and small group interventions, helping children improve their reading, spelling, and overall literacy skills. Her tailored approach ensures that each child receives the targeted support they need to thrive.
In addition to her work with students, Charlotte is an accomplished teacher trainer. She works with schools and educators, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies to teach reading and spelling effectively in their classrooms.
